The requirements for the position are:

1. The right candidate will have a nose for leads, and will possess the hunger to chase and close sales.
2. He should have exposure to pharma industry, and should have a sound understanding of sterilization technology.
3. He should be able to understand URS and tech specs given by clients, prepare techno-commercial quotations based on them and check on compliance.
4. He should have good communication skills, and should be able to deal responsibly with senior functionaries at the client’s end.
5. He should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
6. He should be a graduate. A background in science/technology and a management qualification will be an added advantage.
